Medical uniform production lead time depends on the design, order quantity, material readiness and approved specification. A provisional schedule becomes more useful when the style, fabric and size assortment are clear. Confirm when the production period begins and distinguish it from sample development, approval rounds and transport time. Our own sample section supports garment review before the bulk production plan is confirmed. Corrections to fabric, measurements, construction or artwork can affect the development schedule and the material preparation that follows it. Keep the latest approved sample and specification together so production starts from the correct reference. For scrub sets, the indicated product schedule is fifteen to thirty days after PP sample approval, with sampling discussed separately.
