01 / SAMPLING TIME
Medical uniform sampling time depends on the style, materials and review stages required for your collection. Our own sample section supports different references, including first samples, fitting samples, size sets and pre-production approval. The stage times below apply after materials are in-house and patterns are confirmed, and may change with the product requirements. An order does not necessarily need every sample type in the table. Explain the purpose of each requested sample and who will review it so the team can agree the sequence, comments and approvals needed before bulk manufacturing is planned for your collection.

02 / SAMPLING TIME
Custom scrub sampling and lab coat development need a practical reference for fit, construction and presentation. Provide a current measurement chart, fabric information and any branding requirements before the sample is prepared. Review the garment with the intended wearer and note specific changes using measurements or annotated photographs. Combine feedback into one instruction set so conflicting comments do not create unnecessary sample rounds. Our design and development process explains how the brief connects with sample approval. 03 / SAMPLING TIME
A pre-production sample provides a reference for the confirmed garment before bulk manufacturing. Review the selected fabric, finished measurements, construction, labels and branding together, then record approval against the current specification. If further changes are required, identify them before the production plan proceeds. Individual stage times in the table should not be added automatically to estimate every order, because review requirements and material preparation differ.
